Reporting & Data Flow Audit

When the problem is bigger than one report, I map the current process and define a pragmatic target flow.

Our reporting process spans ERP exports, Excel, manual transformations, files, and Power BI. We know it is inefficient, but we do not know what the target solution should look like.

01

Reporting crosses several tools, files, and manual steps.

02

The same data is repeatedly transformed or consolidated.

03

It is unclear whether the right solution belongs in Excel, Power Query, Python, SQL, SharePoint, or another part of the architecture.

01

The audit must produce a useful standalone deliverable; it is not automatically implementation of the full proposed architecture.

02

Implementation of selected phases is scoped and priced separately.

03

A recommendation may include automated ERP or SAP extraction without taking ownership of ERP administration, infrastructure, security configuration, or production support.

04

SAP integration is not a separate advertised service.

01

I start with the current process, data sources, and the main problems.

02

I define the audit scope with you and the material needed to map the current state.

03

The audit ends with a concrete decision artifact; implementation of selected phases can be scoped separately afterwards.

Commercial model

The audit is fixed-price and produces a useful standalone deliverable; implementation phases are quoted separately.
