Privacy Policy

This website uses cookies and allows the voluntary submission of personal data via the contact form. We respect user privacy and process data only to the extent necessary for the operation of the website and to respond to inquiries. ETLens provides services in the areas of Business Intelligence (BI), ETL in the Microsoft Azure environment, and reporting in Power BI.

1. Cookies

We only use cookies that are necessary for the proper operation of the website, including remembering the selected language and maintaining the user's session. We do not use analytical or marketing cookies.

Types: essential (language preferences, session).
Storage period: Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser; persistent cookies are stored for a maximum of 12 months or until they are manually deleted.

Users can manage or delete cookies at any time in their browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect the functionality of the website.

2. Contact form

You can send us a message using the contact form. Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to receive a response. To protect the form against abuse and spam, we use Google's reCAPTCHA service.

Data range: e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and message content.
Purpose of processing: solely for the purpose of responding and conducting correspondenceconcerning your inquiry. Additionally, reCAPTCHA analyzes data necessary to distinguish a user from a bot.
Processing method: messages are sent via an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and delivered directly to a dedicated bot in the Telegram application used by the administrator. Data is not saved in this website's database and is not transferred to third parties, unless required by law. As part of reCAPTCHA, certain information about user activity (including IP address, device data, interaction time) is transferred to Google and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Terms of Service.
Legal basis: Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR (actions taken at your request before entering into a contract), Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing a response and protecting against abuse and spam).
Storage period: We retain correspondence for the time necessary to process your inquiryor for the period required by law.

3. Data Admin
